A 4-week program aiming to give you the tools, techniques and information you need to change your eating habits for the better. It includes all of the nutritional and other aspects of the All-Inclusive package, but without the training support. This program assumes you are taking care of that elsewhere! The results you will achieve from this My Basic Training program will depend on how you are doing that.
Specifically, this program teaches you how to eat for fuel – to improve your training capacity, support your mental and emotional health, and help improve your energy and stamina. We will also consider a range of other factors related to how and what you eat, including sleep/rest (what you don’t do is as important as what you do!) and play – having fun may be the what you’re missing!
