The complete My Basic Training package! Short, daily training programs that you can do anywhere – any time. Building consistency is the focus. The nutritional aspect of the program encourages positive behaviour patterns and teaches healthy food habits. It will show you how to eat for fuel – to improve your training capacity, support your mental and emotional health, and help improve your energy and stamina.
We will also consider a range of other factors related to how and what you eat, including sleep/rest (what you don’t do is as important as what you do!) and play – having fun may be the what you’re missing!
